VCMC's valuations are the output of a statistical model, each shown with a range from a low to a high scenario. They are not appraisals and not prices anyone has paid. Disclosed figures come from public sources, which can be wrong or out of date. Check anything you rely on with the company or a qualified adviser.
Accuracy
We work to keep the data correct and correct it when shown otherwise, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, accurate or current. The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Veridion is not liable for decisions made on the basis of it.

Corrections and takedown
Company and investor data (names, websites, locations, industries, headcount, funding rounds, valuations) is information about businesses, not about people. We correct it when it is shown to be wrong. We do not remove it on request.
People appear only as founders named in a sentence on their company's page, taken from public sources. There are no pages about people and no personal contact details. We remove a person's name when it is wrong, or when the person asks and no longer holds a public role at the company.
